Our societal report for 2025

This report presents how we at OneAdvanced consider our ESG strategy an integral part of our mission to power the world of work.

Standing for Environmental, Social and Governance, ESG is a framework to consider the financial impact ESG topics could have on the company as well as the impact we have on the world around us, and the importance of promoting responsible and sustainable practice.

Environmental

Our impact on the environment in terms of pollution, waste and resource usage. This can be significantly impacted by responsible waste management, energy usage and resource management.

Societal

Our practices that impact our employees and the communities around us. This includes commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, charity work, community engagement and investment.

Governance

Our responsible business practices, including regulatory compliance. This includes data protection, cybersecurity, risk management, and responsible management of our supply chain.

Executive summary

As of 2025, we have reduced our Scope 1 and 2 operational GHG emissions by 48% from our 2019 base year against our pledge to halve by 2030.

From our double materiality assessment we know our customers' material issues align with our own, and we are committed to helping them achieve their ESG goals through our technology.

Our focus on DEI revealed a -8.22% median Pay Gap in favour of women, with a mean gender Pay Gap near parity at -0.23%.

We have strengthened our governance framework, prioritising risk management, compliance, and data security to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.

We support various charitable initiatives, including The King's Trust, helping young people develop their skills, confidence, and employability.

We have achieved ISO 42001 certification, reinforcing our commitment to the responsible and ethical development and deployment of artificial intelligence.

Their trust drives us, and I’m proud to lead a company whose people are deeply committed to powering the infrastructure that society depends on.

Over the past year, our mission has evolved in step with the world around us. We continue to deliver innovative, dependable solutions that help our customers thrive, whilst embracing a new era of possibility. This is the era of AI. We are applying our engineering strength and deep domain expertise to build technology that not only accelerates performance, also strengthens the foundations of the communities our customers serve.

Our commitment to responsible growth continues unabated. As we scale, we remain anchored in sustainability, ethical governance and long‑term value creation. These principles are embedded in our “Bettering Society” ethos, guiding how we innovate, how we operate, and how we support the people, organisations and communities who rely on us.

Our role in the UK’s digital and societal infrastructure brings both opportunity and obligation, which we determinedly prioritise with integrity.

I’m proud of the progress we’ve made this year: the increasing positive impact we’ve achieved, the resilience we’ve built, along with meaningful benefits we’re fulfilling alongside our customers. As we look ahead, our focus is clear – sustainable expansion, responsible innovation, and a continued commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.

I’m pleased to introduce OneAdvanced’s 2025 Societal Report, marking a year where responsible growth and intelligent technology have become inseparable. As our role in supporting the UK’s digital and societal infrastructure continues to expand, so does our responsibility to ensure that our impact is positive, equitable and sustainable. The multiplier effect of technology means that every improvement we make scales across thousands of organisations and the millions of people who rely on their services.

In this new era of intelligent orchestration, ESG has never mattered more. AI is transforming how organisations operate, and with that transformation comes a heightened need for trust, transparency and responsibility. Over the past year, we’ve continued to strengthen our ESG performance, achieving a 48% reduction in operational emissions since 2019, maintaining parity with a -8.22% median gender pay gap, and advancing our product‑level ESG mapping to help customers meet their sustainability and compliance goals. Our community partnerships, including continued support for The King’s Trust, remain central to how we create long‑term social value. This commitment was formally recognised through our achievement of the Social Value Quality Mark, underscoring the credibility and impact of our social value programmes.

As we look ahead to 2026, responsible AI sits at the heart of our strategy. We are committed to ensuring that as we deploy IQ, our Intelligent System of Work, we enhance productivity, strengthen resilience and support better outcomes for the communities our customers serve. Guided by our “Bettering Society” ethos, we will continue to scale responsible innovation, deepen our ESG impact and build a future that is fairer, more resilient and more sustainable for all.
